This notice explains how DeepAndWide Technologies ("we") collects and processes your personal data when you use the Power Doctor service, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, company (if provided).
• Content you send: chat messages and electricity bills you upload (images/PDFs) and the data extracted from them.
• Usage data: conversation history and token/usage counts.

Why we process it (purpose)

To provide the power-optimization consultation you request — analyzing your bill, estimating savings, recommending solutions, and (if you ask) connecting you with our sales team. We process your data on the basis of the consent you give at signup.

Who we share it with

Your messages and bill images are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic, "Claude") to generate responses. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and only as long as needed for the purpose above. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your Account page.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or erase your personal data, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights or raise a grievance, contact us at sairamvarmanadimpalli@gmail.com.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS; access is restricted and passwords are stored hashed.
